Any rights associated with your account automatically terminate upon death.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Faces disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or performance.
We do not warrant that:
Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
Defects will be corrected
Servers or systems will be free from harmful components
Information obtained through the platform will be accurate or complete
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Faces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, property damage, personal injury, or death arising from:
Use or inability to use Elite Faces services
Attendance at any event or engagement arranged through the platform
Technical failures, system errors, or service interruptions
Third-party content, advertisements, or services
Conduct of any user, celebrity, or third party (online or offline)
Your use of third-party services, content, or products is entirely at your own risk.
In no event shall Elite Faces’ total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Elite Faces, if any, within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
You acknowledge that any damages you may incur are not irreparable and do not entitle you to injunctive or equitable relief restricting platform operations.
You acknowledge that information transmitted through the internet may not be completely secure and may be intercepted by unauthorized parties. You assume full responsibility for maintaining the security of your devices, systems, and data.
Elite Faces is not responsible for costs related to repairs, data recovery, or system restoration resulting from your use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
